MEET TOMMY A. BROACH, Jr.
Modest. Proud. Local. Dedicated.
Upon graduating from North Charleston High, Tommy dreamed of attending the Citadel. Circumstances and love of country instead found him joining the U.S. Army. He proudly served eight years centered around his time in the Gulf War. Juggling a full time career and his role as an active dad, Tommy achieved his goal, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel upon his return. Already enjoying and fully comprehending the challenges of being a landlord himself, Tommy became a licensed Property Manager in Charge in 2007. He folded his long established Tommy Broach Jr. Property Management into his newly acquired Sterling Place in 2018.
Unlike those doing property management as an aside to real estate sales, Tommy has spent more than a decade solely focused on ensuring that landlords and their renters both receive the personal attention that they deserve. A certified lead-based paint renovator himself, Tommy prides himself on ensuring that his property owners are treated fairly and affordably when they refurbish and maintain their apartments and homes for rent.
Residents have long realized that Tommy cares equally about their satisfaction. That explains why Sterling Place prides itself on offering diverse rental opportunities ranging from entry level apartments to luxurious homes. And why many of their renters graduate to different properties he and his team manage as their needs and circumstances change.
